Privacy Policy

Please be assured that you privacy, as well as your confidentiality, is of utmost importance to me. I

am registered accordingly with the Jersey Data Protection Commission under registration number

58760.

Data Gathered

I do not gather information other than that provided directly by yourself at the time of your

sessions. This will include your name, email address and contact phone number. This information is

used to contact you regarding appointments or to respond to specific queries you may raise. I do not

use it for any other purpose.

File Notes

I keep brief factual notes of our sessions together in order to help me work effectively with you from

session to session. These notes are kept securely in password-protected files. Any paper notes are

kept locked in a secure cabinet.

Information Sharing

I do not share any information/data with any third party other than when required to do so by law.

These are specific instances such as if you tell me about an act of terrorism or an act of money

laundering. I may also have to break confidentiality if you tell me, you are an immediate danger to

yourself or to someone else.

Information Access

You are legally entitled to have access to data held about you at any time.

Information Holding

I will hold data for a maximum of 6 years after the ending of our therapy before securely destroying

it.
